After a system is installed, a Customer Success executive is assigned to your hospital. They serve as the primary liaison between you and Amplion to ensure you are getting the most value from Care Assurance and Care Insight products. Customer Success also helps navigate system changes or upgrades as needed and continually advocates for your needs.
